A New Tool to Manage Concrete Jobsite Evaporation Rates

This is for those interested in evaporation rates at the time of concrete placement, which should be all of us! A new iOS app, PourDay.com, was developed by a fellow CPG member after recognizing the importance of fully understanding evaporation rates—how they impact concrete placement and how proper awareness can help prevent surface defects.

The 1st Annual CPG Mixer Driver Rodeo was April 18th, 2026. We had 24 drivers from local Kansas City ready mix companies including Ozark Ready Mix, Geiger Ready-Mix, Fordyce Concrete, Century Concrete, Talon Concrete, Quicksilver Readymix, and Midwest Concrete Materials.
