Estimates for workers are based on an ABC model, and is lower than the industry needs in recent years.  Much of the demand is due to retirement of existing workers and not economic growth.  However, depending on projected spending, that number may increase dramatically.  Either way, the construction industry needs qualified talent to help build and maintain America's infrastructure.  Link to the full article in Concrete Products.
